Commissioned by and In collaboration with AccorInvest UK Maintenance Team, project management of complete renovations of the swimming pool and surroundings, changing rooms, incorporating a new design (by TakagiCaperan), relocation of its plant room to full compliancy of equipment and pool shell and installation of a Sauna.
Working from A to Z on design with Nicolas Caperan (including lighting design), tender pool and main contractors, costing, planning management, procurement of all FF&E equipment, site management supervision, technical liaison with Regional Technical Management and hotel operations. Total budget £850K


Aparthotel Adagio Original - Heidelberg - Opening
Mercure London Earls Court
Commissioned by Accor ASTORE, project management of all FF&E and OS&E for the full renovation of 281 rooms to Mercure rooms including 6 suites, 5 Meeting Rooms and all public spaces ground floor as per design by MIXD. Staged over 6 phases and 20 months, managing all costing, procurement, delivery planning, snagging. Total budget £4M




Commissioned by Accor ASTORE and in collaboration with Adagio Germany, project management of all FF&E and OS&E for the new opening 162 apartments, public areas and back of house. Costing and procurement management, planning, delivery and FF&E fit out management. Total budget €1,445K


Novotel Cambridge North - Opening
FFE /OSE Project Management from costing, procuring, delivering and installation of the sample rooms till full roll out of the 217 rooms (of which 5 suites) with a one off adapted NROOM designed by Nathalie Craps Interior Design.
Collaborating with the technical teams and interior designer Tom Path and costing and providing the loose furniture & OS&E for the Public areas – Bar, Restaurant, Lounge and 5 meeting rooms with breakout area and the kitchen equipment ;
Supplying all the equipment for the Wellness Centre with a swimming pool, sauna, gym fitted out with the latest Technogym equipment (all within H&S specifications) ;
Providing the Back of House with all the facilities needed to ensure professional surroundings and all the equipment needed to be able to perform to high standards ;
Being involved in the IT set up for the hotel and managing the directional signage ;
Planning and managing the deliveries, the final fit out of all the loose furniture (rather impressive 5 weeks), participating in the snagging and taking care of all the administrative chores.
